Buta Airways

Buta Airways was founded in December 2016 and started its operations in September 2017. The low-cost airline carried out flights to the near abroad with flights from the airports of Baku. Azerbaijan Airlines and Buta Airways merged in 2023.

>Buta Airways Fleet;

The fleet of Buta Airways consisted of 7 Embraer E-190. The Embraer e-190 in the Buta Airways fleet had been configured with a maximum passenger capacity of 106. Azerbaijan Airlines and Buta Airways merged in 2023. After the merger, Embraer brand aircraft in the Buta Airways fleet joined the Azerbaijan Airlines fleet.
